Core Alignment Fusion Splicer 99S



The 99S is a core alignment fusion splicer setting a new standard in the market for fusion splicing. The 99S is packed with a whole host of new and enhanced features specifically developed with the objective of enabling the user to work faster with higher precision. Overall splice process time has been significantly reduced. This has been achieved with a combination of improvements to the reaction time of the automated wind protectors and automated heater, new fibre retention clamps, improved universal sheath clamps and a redesigned internal structure that matches the protection sleeve to the fusion splice point which enables splicing to be achieved without the need of the user to touch the 99S once the process has started.

Mass Fusion Splicer 99R



The 99R is a mass fusion splicer capable of splicing up to 16 fiber ribbon cables simultaneously. The mass fusion splicer 99R Kit series reduces the need for fiber resetting, making it ideal for data center projects with high splice counts. It also features an automatic wind protecter open and close function, "ACTIVE FUSION CONTROL TECHNOLOGY" for automatic arc condition control, and "ACTIVE BLADE MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY" that automatically manages the fiber cleaver blades, ensuring high splicing quality.

  • The new FH-80 series optical fiber holder and Automatic Optical Fiber Seating Function reduce the need for re-setting fibers.

Optical Fiber Cleaver CT60


The CT60 offers enhanced drop impact resistance compared to existing cleavers and allows workers to replace the cleaver blade, providing customers with a drastic reduction in handling time and maintenance costs. The CT60 changes the position of the cleaving blade automatically and in response to the cleave quality of the optical fibers as seen by the fusion splicer. The fusion splicer will then rotate the blade once it deems the quality is poor. In addition, the CT60 completes cleaving of the fiber and scrap collection in the same step. By increasing the number of blade positions from 16 to 28 compared to the previous model, no need for blade height adjustment anymore.

FSR115, FSR116, FSR117 and FSR115L provide automatic operation with various sizes of quartz molds available. Colored and non-colored fibers can be recoated. This new recoater series introduces easily exchangeable molds, resin bottle and pump assemblies. The new bubble removal system eliminates bubbles before they reach the mold cavity. A programmable resin injection system provides an exact volume of resin to the mold cavity to ensure consistent recoat performance.

Specialty Fiber Stripper SS110


The SS110 is the latest specialty fiber stripper from Fujikura Ltd. The automatic stripping mechanism provides both easy operation and stable quality. Replaceable stripping blades enables the SS110 to strip various sizes of fiber, such as 125µm cladding / 900µm coating.
